Freeman EMEA investing in women's leadership with new 'Women of Agency' initiative
Freeman Agency Services in EMEA, part of the world’s largest brand experience company, is continuously building on its diversity by investing in a women in leadership initiative called ‘Women of Agency’ – #WOA
This internal initiative aims to support, nurture and empower women in business by strengthening one’s own ‘Agency’, defined as one’s personal power and influence, no matter their role or rank, to ensure that they are continuously set up to succeed in both work and life.
Kicking off the initiative with an (initially) closed, informal lunch setting, we aim to create a safe environment for our colleagues to share, learn, and encourage one another to reach for their highest goals. Through peer to peer communication, coaching as well as periodic invitations to inspirational female industry leaders, we hope to encourage self-empowerment, mutual trust and self-confidence in our fellow ‘Women of Agency’.
Freeman EMEA Agency Services designs the time spent between brands and the people that matter most to them, with the philosophy that we first have to invest in our people and the diversity of talent they bring to the table each and every day.
Carley Faircloth, managing director of Freeman Agency Services in EMEA, said: “I’m a huge believer in owning your personal power, your inherent Agency, which can be an intimidating concept for a lot of women in the workforce. In today’s business environment, it’s all about teaching encouragement and embracing the belief in our own self-empowerment. As women, we have the opportunity to do this now more than ever, and I couldn’t be more proud to be spearheading the ‘Women of Agency’ initiative here at Freeman EMEA.
